Shipping policy

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days from receipt of payment, subject to stock availability.

Australia post have advised the following timeframes for deliveries at this current time:

Standard Delivery: 4 to 10 Business days 

Express Post: 1 to 3 Business days

Please ensure you order ahead of time to avoid delays

• We ship from Sydney, Australia and are located at Studio W2/38 Cawarra Rd Caringbah NSW 2229, Australia
• Local pickup can be arranged via appointment only. Please email before coming to the studio as we are regulary out doing deliveries of all our balloons and setting up events - or schedule via the website.
• Please note that our production time for all items is 1 - 4 business days and in some cases, depending on very busy periods it may be more. This is on top of Australia Post shipping times. If you require something urgently, please contact us. We are always happy to work with you, and will assist where we can. For more information, contact us for current shipping times.
• If you have a special event that you require products for, please select the option for express post and advise us of the event date.
  
• We do not replace or refund for any items lost in the post without a tracking number.

In some circumstances, delivery to certain areas may take longer due to customs and circumstances that are beyond our control. Please allow adequate time for your delivery to be sent before your event to ensure you receive in time. Balloon Couture will not be held responsible for any delays in postage.

Some items like event signs and bulky products attract a higher rate.
