Get ready to impress your guests with the classic party decoration! Ideal for schools, shopping centres, RSL / bowling clubs, fetes, circus parties and more, this Balloon Arch will add that extra touch of fun and whimsy to any event. Everyone will feel welcome arriving under an umbrella of colour.

Balloon arch is made on a stand which is provided for hire-use only and is weighted for outdoor use. Please advise us if you need to move the prop during hiring timeframe. Arch is provided for up to a week use if you can please confirm in the notes your estimate pick up date and time.

Colours are subject to stock availability. Balloons have a longer life in cooler environments away from the sun.

HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Balloon Couture can provide clamps to use to hang your balloon garland which must be returned with prop. Please use your best care to add signage to the board and any damage must be fixed at hirer's cost. If you would like signage added we can provide this service.

$50 bond is charged when selecting pick up service from a venue (school not included) or if you are returning prop to our studio after event. If you require us to pick up your prop after use, a pick up fee will be charged based on location and time. Pick up time and date must be confirmed & paid prior to delivery. If returning prop to our studio it must be returned by the following Thursday or bond will not be returned. If prop is returned damaged, bond may not be refunded. Invoice for surcharges will be sent after order has been received. Payment is required in full before service is provided.

Balloon Colour Chart

Balloons are available to be picked up from our Studio in Menai, Sutherland Shire Sydney. A standard SUV can hold approximately up to 2.5m with the seats down (no children's seats). We recommend for larger Garlands to select Local Delivery or pick up in a van.

After adding products to your cart, at checkout select your preference from Local Delivery (Sydney), Pick Up from our Studio or Shipping (postage - only available for deflated products). Select time and date that suits your requirement needs. Air-filled balloons can last up to a week in a protective bag if delivery is not available on your event day. Helium Balloons are recommended to be delivered the day of your event (especially 30cm balloons, jumbos can last a little longer).

Delivery service does not include installation, props or event setup- please use the 'Book an Event Stylist' Form for an installation quote. Local Delivery service may be provided by a third party. Inflated balloons are not available for Shipping - please see our packaged DIY Kit option.

We only use premium quality rubber latex balloons which are 100% sustainable and 100% biodegradable when disposed of correctly. Send your popped balloons back to us and we will ensure they are disposed of correctly through our Balloon Recycling Program.
